I find this painting so incredibly moving. To me it is symbolic of thr resting place of Douglas Kent Hall. All that remains of his wordly life is his shirt that he may have worn during his passing. It is symbolic that we go out of this world with nothing but what we wear at the end. The dogs are lost without their master and best friend. The dog lying across the grave weeps at the loss while the standing dog stares in anxiousness and bewilderment seeking his master. The peacock maintains its regal stance but is with the dogs to share the grief. A beautifully expressive and thought provoking painting.

Joshua I find your paintings are stunning and thought provoking. They tell a unique story to every viewer through their experiential backgroung and emotional past experiences. I would very much like to know the inspiration that inspires you to create such original and rivetting pirces of art with strong messages and raw emotion
