In her 16th annual solo exhibition, From Santa Fe to São Paulo to Sicily: The Sublime, artist Erin Currier invites viewers on a journey through awe, beauty, and personal truth. Drawing inspiration from both her home in New Mexico and recent travels through Sicily, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Argentina, Currier’s work explores what it means to live in alignment with one’s heart and passions.

Through intricate drawings and travel journals, she captures the essence of the sublime—a state of wonder and deep connection to the world. Many of the subjects in her work are individuals who challenged the patriarchy, societal expectations, or difficult life circumstances, yet remained true to their path. Their stories, filtered through Currier’s visionary lens, become timeless portraits of courage and authenticity.
